That's a neat little improvement in watchOS 9.
Buuuut. I can only seem to see that for an individual workout. I don't see an aggregate in the Health app (e.g., show me total seconds per day that I reached zone 2/3/4/5). Am I missing something? Is there a third-party app for that? |

I haven't been looking but I should. I just did my running workout but never paid attention to the zones. I just push myself while watching shows on my iPad. Maybe I should check next workout.
Is it in the Fitness app on the phone maybe? Louis L'Amour, “To make democracy work, we must be a nation of participants, not simply observers. One who does not vote has no right to complain.” Visit our archived Minecraft world! | Maybe someday I'll proof read, until then deal with it. |

Yep. Fitness, tap a workout, tap on the heart rate chart. The chart gets colorized by zone and you see a duration per zone. It basically splits it into brackets. By default, < 140, 140-150, 150-160, 160-170, >= 170.
Not a huge thing, but seems useful. I think it also shows you during the workout on the Watch that you’ve switched to a different zone. |
