Several observations from being at the davidson/wisc game last night:
1. Curry is a stud but not much of a ball handler. That will effect his ability to play at the next level. 2. Davidsons pg, #2, is very underrated and ran the team well. 3. Where was wisconsins inside game? I love butch but he's overrated. 4. Wisconsin is very unathletic. Feel lucky davidson beat you because kansas would have made it worse. 5. Kansas is going to murder davidson. They are too athletic and defend the parameter far too well. Davidson has no inside game, relies entirely on curry, and is not very athletic. Also, they live and die by the three. Die young and save yourself.... @yontsey |

Yup, Davidson looks like Duke with a better go-to guy to take them deeper into the tourney. Ball handling and a good passing/position game is absolutely key (along with plain ol' hustle to fight for position) to win next round.

First time in the 64-team tournament history all #1 seeds have advanced to the Final Four.

I guess he's assuming that Texas will lose tomorrow.
Not a good assumption. |

O Rly?
Actually, it should be a good game. But I'm a big Tejas hater. And Davidson should/will go down hard. That reminds me, has anyone seen Stephen Curry's mom? Holy smokes! |

Good game tonight. The first half, UNC looked unbeatable. The second half - not so much. Hansborough is unbelievable, though. Louisville clamped down on the run-outs, but they couldn't stop #50. Pick your poison with UNC.
Go heels! WIth the way Memphis shoots free throws, they're going to have a lot of trouble going to the Final Four. I hate UT (or more specifically, Rick Barnes) but they've got a very good shot at being the "cinderella" team in the final four. |

Memphis was too big. The Longhorns just couldn't run their offense.
Overall, a good season for Texas. The better team won today. |

I really don't like to root against my bracket, but it would be sweet if they won. But of all the #1 seeds to pull, Kansas would be the toughest for this team to beat.

Damn. Curry got totally blocked and the winning shot attempt was just barely off to the left.
Final Four all #1 seeds. |

Wow, great game. I couldn't ask for a better sweet 16 and elite 8 to attend.
I was really pulling for Davidson even though I had Kansas making it to the finals. Die young and save yourself.... @yontsey |

damn you people doubting davidson. seems everyone forgot that they lost to UNC by 2 and duke by like 4/5 earlier in the season. they can (could) friggin play. anyway sorta too late to argue their case... but on the last shot #2 shouldn't have run behind curry, he should have spotted up in the corner. curry got his man in the air and would have had either gotten fouled or at least a decent chance for the shot (he's made more ridiculous ones...). or, if #2's man had come to double anyway he would have been in a much better position to shoot the winning basket being spotted up in the corner. oh well, c'est la vie.
and rick barnes should be shot... the man can recruit like no other and does shit with it. |

I thought he was coming to set a pick and got screened out. Curry had no choice but to pass.
You and I are the only ones who had them to the round of 16, then we both doubted them to reach the round of 8. "What's a Canadian farm boy to do?" |

Barnes always liked playing dirty at Clemson, and now at Texas anyway. So he gets a big "meh" from me. Plus his recruiting methods have always been under question.

If either the free throws or Curry had been just a *little* bit better, I think it would have been theirs. The only thing that Kansas was doing better, that was within their control, was not fouling too often. |
