I'm considering using ChipIn for an upcoming fundraiser. I have only found two reviews, both of which were quite positive, but I was hoping for more. Specifically, I'd like to know about negative experiences, unexpected troubles and 'gotchas'.

Well if you're looking for alternatives, an organization that I've worked with uses Groundspring.org to do [apparently] the same thing. But it isn't free.
