powerbook: gap under trackpad?

i just recieved my powerbook 15" ... the gap between the the trackpad and computer seems to be bigger near the bottom then the top ... at the top the trackpad is flush witht he notebook body but the lower part of the trackpad has a gap ... looks kind of the the bottom of the track pad got pushed in ... is this normal?

Please use descriptive titles when creating new threads. Nobody is going to know you need help if they just see a thread called "powerbook". I've edited the title to something more appropriate.

That said, mine has a little bit of a gap too. I think it's normal. I'll post a couple pictures when I go to lunch in about an hour.

My 1Ghz TiBook also has the same gap you speak of.

Wow you guys are hyper critical I would never ever noticed that little gap had you not brought it up. I just looked and noticed the cheeto crumbs caught in that gap. I would have never noticed that either LOL
