I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro, they both have iTunes and are both authorized. It used to be the case when I sync one device with another computer, the content will be erased before syncing with the new one.
I have downloaded apps on both iMac and MacBook Pro. It seems that when I clicked "Sync" in both computers, it doesn't erase the existing content. So this "sync with one library only" rule has been changed? Am I doing it correctly? |

Thats strange. I must admit that i thought that you could only sync iPhones and iPads etc with one Mac/PC but obviously that limit has been removed.
I always found it easier to sync my iTunes folders between computers then sync my iPhone which each computer therefore it is always in sync with each computer. But then again that is a lot of work just to keep a phone in sync. |

Okay here is what I found. It seems that syncing only apps, you can sync with more than 1 computer (iMac and MBP)
With Movies, it says it will erase the existing content and asks if you want to "Erase and Sync". I tried, it removes both existing music and movies, but not apps. |
