Is it possible to add stations to iTunes radio? Yeha, that's all I really want to know. Cheers.

If you have a specific station you want to hear, then go to Advanced > Open Stream, and put in the IP address of the station you want to hear.

You can add the station to a playlist, but I don't think you can add it under the radio button.
