So I have an old G3 iBook which died from the infamous GPU/logic board issue (that was its second motherboard). I've seen that people can revive dead 'books by fitting shims which apply pressure to the GPU by applying more pressure between the motherboard and the case.
I've decided to give it a shot, but I know that the preferred tool to take apart Macs like the iBook is a spudger. Thing is, I don't have one, and I don't know where to get one. So, for people who've carried out repairs to Macs like the iBook, are there any recommendations for other things I could use in place of a spudger?
