Lately, while doing my routine disk permissions repair, I keep running into the same results. For example, after a completed repair, if I were to run the repair process again, I would get the same results. What does each entry mean? Since these are recurring results, could there be something wrong with my system?

Those are 'normal'. There are a couple of idiosyncrasies in the permissions system.
