Or was I just seeing thing? Has 6pm always been the time and I'm just oblivious? I guess they feel waiting in lines in the morning make for angry iPhone users who give bad reviews.
Apple should update the spell check to include the word "iPhone." Retired 8 years ahead of schedule. |

Apple frequently releases products in the afternoon or evening. Tiger didn't go on sale the first thing in the morning on its first day, either, and you can be sure that Leopard won't.

i spoke to an apple store rep last night, he said 6pm on june 29 and that's all the official word he knew, he said to check back a few days before launch.

They said it was 6 P.M. local time. How much clearer do you need it to be? It's 6 P.M. where you live, no matter where you live.
