I just got a replacement 12" powerbook from Apple after I sent mine back. The first one I sent back because it had a small chip above the button that releases the latch and because the hard drive crashed.

When I received my replacement, there were chips on this one also. Has anyone else gotten powerbooks with cosmetic damage and what did you do?

I just peeled all the paint off the latch so it looked even. It's not a fix really, but it looks okay.
