Wireless Antenna for SMA connectors or TNC?

Currently my router is a Belkin and i have Linksys wireless G cards for my computer. Although I'm only a room away from the router, due to my room setup I get low signal. I was planning on buying the Linksys Wireless Antenna Stand - SMA or the Linksys Wireless Antenna Stand - TNC, but I wasn't sure to get the SMA or TNC. Obviously it depends on the antenna I have now...and, the antenna I have now is just the default that comes with the Wirelss G 802.11g cards...

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
