Searched around a bit and came up with a couple things... First, there seems to be a bit of a complicated but free solution here:

http://www.mymac.ws/mac-mail-on-the-mac-13571.html

(look at the reply)

There is also this piece of software:

http://www.littlemachines.com/

Outlook2Mac. Never used it, they want 10 bucks for it. Doesn't say anything about Tiger on the website though...

And oh yeah, if you have Entourage for the Mac, you can use this:

Hopefully one of those will help.

I bought outlook2mac from litemachines.com. I figured $10 is a worthwhile gamble to save me hours of doing it the roundabout way of converting my Outlook mail to IMAP format, then importing it to Mail.App.

Needless to say, it works... to a point. I think the program needs a lot (and I mean A LOT) more work. It works for an "average" user who only keeps maybe less than a GB worth of mail, but if you're talking about your entire e-mail history (letsay 10 years worth), the program will choke.

Plus, it (outlook2mac) isn't very intuitive and stops when it encounters a problem. This again shouldn't be a big problem if you're a casual user. But for large outlook.pst mailboxes, it's gonna be a pain babysitting it.
