From MacRumors.

I remember hearing folks talk about this in a few threads. Is this what you were hoping for?

Will this make some workflows easier and more efficient?

Another update:

Quote:
This update is recommended for all 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pro mid 2010 models. The update resolves a rare issue that may cause the system to freeze during startup or intermittently stall during operation, and it improves compatibility with external displays.
I've had such freezes. Let's hope this fixes 'em.

Is that ePub feature not a big deal? I don't know, I'm asking. But it's the format that's used for iBooks, right?

I could've sworn there were some folks here - 709, maybe? And others - who were talking about this a month or so back...

It's neat, though I would hope for something more integrated, letting you effectively self-publish.

Maybe they're working on it? Maybe that's what one section of that new NC center will be dedicated to?

For that matter, what ever became of all that online iWork stuff anyway?

I'd like a brain dead workflow for InDesign... Pages isn't professeshamal.

Good fucking luck. InDesign is a counter-intuitive beast, and I don't ever see that changing. Hell, now that Illustrator has multiple pages (THANK YOU FREEHAND) I don't lay shit out in InDesign. Adobe tried to kill Quark, and all they did was make it so there's not one reasonable page layout program out there at all. They're both all bloat, no substance. Users be damned.

So it goes.
