So, I have a 17" Powerbook, with a PCMCIA SD/MMC Reader stuck in it, containing a 1GB SD card. Shows up fine on the desktop, opens as usual, and if I drag less than 5 songs from iTunes into it, it copies them fine. If I drag 5 or more songs from iTunes, they appear for a moment in the SD Card folder, then one by one, vanish.
As you can imagine, this makes copying 1GB-odd of music extremely tedious. Any ideas what is going on here? |

Dunno, but I wouldnt use a pcmcia card for that, just go get a cheapo usb2 card reader, that will probably be quicker, faster(and work on more machines).

Can you drag more than five songs from iTunes to your desktop or to another folder on the computer? If so, drag the files you want to a folder on your desktop and then put that folder onto the SD card. Seems kind of weird, I don't think iTunes has a limit as to how many songs you can drag onto an external device? Are any of the songs protected by DRM? iTunes may limit that?
