I see this weird font on some websites. I tried to discover what font it was on font book but with no luck. Any idea on how to solve this?

That's YouTurnedOffAnti-AliasingForSuchTinySizes Sans.
If you're using Safari, try the "Never use font sizes smaller than" setting. |
