So this just seems to be a week for me having weird website/browser issues.
I use a site for one of my clients, www.Harri.com. ON the Vivaldi browser (and formerly Brave & Google Chrome), there would be a green "Login" text that I could click on to login. However, over the last few weeks, the Login text hasn't been showing. I'm sure it's a stupid setting where I'm not allowing things to load, but I've tried turning everything off and am still getting the same result. Am I missing something overly obvious here? What version of Safari are you using? I just checked the link and I see "Login" normally.
I will say though, it is one of the last items to populate on the page. If you're behind some sort of filter/ad/tracking blocker then it is likely the culprit and not the browser. The "Login" shows when the cookie statement pops up. Disable plugins and try again. Maybe via your cellphone hotspot too if you have network wide blocking. I use ABP and the login appears for me.
But, yeah, try what Turtle said. And if that doesn't work, download and run Malwarebytes on your computer to make sure you haven't got any malware getting in the way. - AppleNova is the best Mac-users forum on the internet. My $0.02, but the login button defaults to hidden, unless a script detects a user is logged out and unhides the option. I'd check if you have noscript that could interfere, clear cookies if it thinks you're logged in, or the site could be using somesort of code consolidation plugin that is pooching the script.
Worked for me on firefox and safari with loads of privacy plugins. |

I just cleared all cookies and browsing data and the button still isn't showing up. It's only showing up in the Vivaldi browser for some reason. I have no idea what's happening here.

It worked for me on both Safari and Firefox. I don't have an ad blocker right now and I'm on a slow satellite link.

I see it in Firefox, and I have a comically long and strict set of filters in uBlock Origin.
I also hopped on my VPN and tried a couple different countries in private browsing just in case they're doing some weird geolocation stuff. Still there. So weird.
