WTF?

I exported a Keynote presentation to PowerPoint (to give me a back-up in case I can't plug my PowerBook into a projector at Uni) and the resulting file is 6MB! Is this a normal file-size for a 15 page PowerPoint presentation? If so, then :eek! Or is the file so big 'cos its an export from Keynote?

Thanks

Keynote export to powerpoint is HUGE if you export everything. I don't remember what I did, but I had a similarly sized keynote file that was 17 megs big after export. After unchecking a box or two, that was brought down to a reasonable size with no noticeable effect. I think it might be the transitions, but I'm not sure...

edit: SoS, you just wanted another chance to use imagewell, didn't you????

I had the same problem.... I had only 2 slides, no transitions, nothing fancy (2 small pictures/logos)... it exported out at 47mg!!! I couldnt email it to myself or anything... I had to burn it to transport it to a pc! once on a pc it looked good... not perfect, but acceptable.
