From what I read, Brad seemes to be a pretty good guy. I always get the gist that his remarks are more of the helping kind, rather than "you're-an-ass-and -stop-posting-kind."

Indeed you were right. This pop user is a duplicate account for Ireland. Per our venerable posting guidelines, both accounts are now being banned.
