Will apple notebook get intel 3G capability and an integrated SIM reader?

If intel can give apple this option, will apple bite it?

it would be sweet...

perhaps,

Also if Apple became a virtual phone network then .mac functionality could be incorporated into it. I would drop Cingular and join an Apple virtual phone company. Even if the backbone is Cingular's network.

Apple will get it, even if they don't like it. The next version of the Intel Pro Wireless Chipset (Which apple is using, and will be on all the intel boards) Will support ev-do, and edge 802.11a/b/c/g/n and wi-max

That's for bridging. It doesn't add any bandwidth or anything, like a, b, g and n do.
