The financial times in the UK is reporting that Apple has succeeded in keeping iTunes downloads at 79p / 99c after battling for sometime with the 4 major record labels Universal, Warner Music, EMI and Sony BMG.

I'm pretty happy about this, as I think an increase is a bit short-sighted since the whole thing has only been around a few years. Give it time to settle down I say...

Yeah, a flexible pricing sturcture isn't anything I am too excited about. Let's see how long this lasts though...
