¨(R) ª(TM) Ÿ (U with the dots), none of these show up when I post.

Is this a Safari thing or a VB 3 thing?

Any other characters I should stay away from?

I can't seem to use m-dashes or ellipses... which is f'king annoying. Has anyone else seen this?

Does character encoding have anything to do with it??

Just a guess.

Character encoding has everything to do with it.

Apparently the sketch version of vB that was originally installed here blanked out all of the language settings. I have just gone in and properly set the encoding. Mac users should properly be able to enter characters.

I'm testing it now...

In Safari: ª(tm), ¨(R), É(ellipsis)

In Internet Explorer 5.2: ª(tm), ¨(R), É(ellipsis)

Oh man, I forgot how much IE sucks and why I hated it so. It's nice to have a reminder... like accidentally placing your hand on a firey grill to remind you that, yes, you will feel pain.

In Camino 0.8+: ª(tm), ¨(R), É(ellipsis) *sigh* Camino's textarea input is still horrible.

Not that it is a big deal, but now after your change the o in Neo's name is kinda odd. Once again, Firefox 0.9 Linux. The 'o' is replaced with some sort of dash (like '-' only up more)

no sig, how's that for being a rebel!
