Is there going to be a keynote webcast? If my clock is right the keynote is in 20 minutes. I've been checking http://www.apple.com/quicktime/guide/appleevents/ but nothing as come up.

I'll be very disapointed if there's no webcast.

They haven't done live webcasts for any of the really recent big events. I'm looking for good sites to follow what's going on live, without actually seeing it.

The Online Apple Store currently says "We are busy updating the store and will be back within an hour!"

Does anyone know how long the keynotes usually are?

Usually 90 minutes to 2 hours. Usually closer to 90 minutes though.

IIRC, the last live webcast was for MWSF '03.

You know C-Net will raise a stink about this one. "Finally, after all our years of harping, Apple has decided to offer an FM tuner for the iPod. But it's a $50 accessory!"

Awesome. Wonder what it looks like...

Just as 10.4.4 is anounced, software update says "Software Update doesn’t have any new software for your computer at this time.", instead of your computer is up to date.

I know Apple will be streaming the keynote on delay, but does anyone know if they'll be presenting it in a downloadable "podcast" for those who may want to watch it on their iPods?

Just a nice-to-have if it's out there. Thanks!

This is the link on the MacBook Pro page:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/mwsf06/

It's not working yet though. Or so it seems from where I'm sitting.
