If you're buying a MiniMac right now and want Tiger make damn skippy it's in there or installed. Apple seems to be having a hard time getting the milk off the front counter to make room for the new stock. I asked numerous Apple Store peeps if there was either a packet or if it was installed, all said yes, even the genius who installed the hardware. (Mind you he had to turn the machine on to check if succesfully installed.)

They will ask you to return the machine for a new Mini with a packet or come in and get the 10.75 refund that she shipping will cost via the Apple Store online. They won't caugh up a packet from another Mini box either or give you a boxed Tiger. Lame, so very, very lame.

After some calls to my other apple friends they both had the same thing happening when purchasing Mini's for the office.
