Anything by Los Straitjackets (yes, that's the spelling).

Saw them on Conan a few years back and I dig them to no end.

Interesting. These guys are like part Devo (vocal style) and part... something. Pretenders maybe.

I saw another classic that had a ton of songs for $9.99... the Glen Miller Centennial Collection (20 songs from the master himself).

Bluesy, swampy, funky roots rock by one of the best bands ever. These guys are so good, and so well-respected among other great musicians, that Warren Haynes hired them to play his wedding in 1997.

Bobby Mcferrin - Bang! Zoom!($8.91) Amazing music from one of the most amazing musicians of our time.

Herbie Hancock - Thrust($3.96) If you are down with herbie you'll love this album, if you are new to him, it's a great start.

Joe Farrell - Moon Germs($3.96) Another totally groovy album, kind of similar to thrust, a little more out there though, the first track is KILLER.
