Because of no fifth generation iPod, what do you think are the possibilites of one coming out at the Paris Expo?

"What do you think?"
I think we need to review the Posting Guidelines. Quote:

There isn't a Stevenote in Paris, so no new iPod. It isn't time for any sort of iPod update just yet, but maybe we'll see one in October or November for the holiday season...personally, since I'm beginning to think the next iPod update will be to the fifth generation iPod, I think we'll see some all-new iPods at Macworld in January.
I haven't given the iPod shuffle much thought. |

ok for whatever reason the "p" in iPod is changed to uppercase when i post this, so just change it and you'll see it. spotted it on the apple store site http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Im...re_iPod_on.gif |

That's far from the only new mistake on Apple's site regarding the iPod family. The iPod Store's comparison bar lists the 1 GB iPod shuffle as $149, despite the fact that the rest of the site lists it correctly ($129). Why would Apple be messing around with the iPod shuffle and iPod (proper) sections of the site if they were just replacing the iPod mini?
Maybe it is time for an iPod/shuffle update. Last edited by Robo : 2005-09-07 at 16:07. |

The forum software seems to change the case of iPod to its proper casing, which breaks the URL.
So, I’ve posted a workaround for that. http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Im..._i%70od_on.gif It’s completely plausible consider they were sell them before for $350, I guess apple was getting ride of there 20 GB HDDs with the 20 GB iPod photo. Edit: fixed last sentence. Sorry for so many posts. Last edited by bugmenot : 2005-09-07 at 16:46. |
