Just saw this on Consumerist.com, thought I'd pass it along.
http://consumerist.com/consumer/appl...-hp-245042.php Apple and the other PC manufacturers are using a feedback company to gather info on their customer service. You call the number in the above article instead of the normal one, they route you through, and then you have a short interview afterwards. Hey, if the call goes badly, you can gripe immediately, right? And of course if it goes well, you can tell them that too. |

Microsoft will be announcing Live Customer Satisfaction any day now, guaranteed to give you 110% satisfaction. It will ship four years late, and only provide 60% satisfaction, of course.
