I've created a workbook with 5 sheets in excel. I'd like to create a pdf that's 5 pages long, each sheet being 1 page. When I use the Save As PDF feature in the print dialog box, I only end up with a pdf file that only has 1 sheet in it. I have selected the print entire workbook function. Any ideas how to get around this?

How does it look if you press "Preview" rather than saving it as a pdf. This may be a stupid question, but does it print correctly? I mean, to paper?

Everything looks fine, except when I do Save As PDF, only the last sheet gets saved as a pdf.

And what if you choose "Preview" from the print dialog box? If it prints fine and it Previews fine, you should be able to get a .pdf that works from Preview.

I tried this. Quick preview only showed one sheet with "active worksheets" selected. When "entire workbook" is selected, quick preview shows all six sheets, but print to PDF only yields the one sheet, as the original poster experienced.

When I click on the Preview button, I end up with 5 windows, each displaying 1 sheet. I guess that's the problem is Excel's printing considers each sheet in the workbook as a seperate print job instead of 1 print job with each sheet being a different page.
