Has anyone else noticed that Google Movies no longer returns results for Century Theaters? There are two in my area, and they're generally the theaters I go to, but when I looked up showtimes a few minutes ago, neither came up.
Anyone else having this problem? (Hint: Google movies:zipcode) |

I've never heard of Century Theaters, so I can't help you, sorry. |

I'll post the link again.
http://www.google.com/intl/en/help/features.html Google can do *a lot* of things just by using operators in your search query. Try googling AAPL or weather:zipcode. |

The first way is absolute trial and error. Since both are single digit numbers, there are not that many choices. Also, given the magnitude of the answer, you can safely ignore some small numbers. Another is, if you have played with disk sizes, binary numbers, etc. you would notice it is a power of 2, but the required answer is 2 ^ 21. Since we want a single digit power, what could be the other possible value of bases? Sorry, to derail the thread from its original question. |

well, 2^21 = 2^(3*7), so we can say (2^3)^7 =8^7 = 2097152
The tax one has me stumped. |
