Saw both full-length as they happened.

I found the amused smirk on Chris' face intolerable and incredibly unprofessional.

If you have managed to anger the person you're interviewing, wearing that sort of smirk is *highly* inadvisable.

I only wish he'd been interviewing someone like Russell Crowe, who might have decided to rearrange that insufferable smirk on a relatively permanent basis.

I don't know, jc. They appear pretty drunk. On top of that, a prime bully attribute is to back down once smashed in the face. The initial flurry stuns the first guy, who drunkenly wades back in. The third punch - a solid right - to the second guy puts HIM out.

In addition to being drunk as skunks, the two guys seem reasonably out of shape. The guy with his girlfriend seems bigger, quicker and fitter. He was throwing punches like Tommy Hearns.

True. They'd never expect someone to retaliate, especially with the speed & intensity that the boyfriend had. They probably thought that he'd stop and go, "Hey there, what are you doing smacking my girl?"
