Y'all.
It wasn't until this fall, that most beautiful of seasons where the leaves fall crisply and splashes of bright color fill the woodlands, that I met her. She was introspective, artistic, but with a real streak of fire that made her artwork so compelling. She had been experimenting with Adobe Photoshop as part of her latest multimedia collage artworks and had a fixed size canvas to cover for her next exhibition. She had worked so hard but the exhibit was tomorrow, and the canvas was not yet full. So she dug around the menus vainly hoping for some kind of inspiration. Maybe some new feature, that she wasn't previously aware of? "Hey," she said "is this feature new, or has it been there for a while?" And it was in that moment that I found out that content aware fill has been around for 10 years. ... |
