I'm in the market for a nice looking USB hub, that will compliment my mini nicely. Any ideas? I've seen the Kensington Domehub, which is kind of cool looking, but it doesn't mention anywhere if it's a powered hub or not, which is something I definately want.

You're not helping.
Sigh...I used to be up on this stuff, back in the iFruit days AND when I lived in SoCal and would always be in a CompUSA or Fry's on a regular basis. I knew all the Belkin, MacAlly, etc. stuff like nobody's business! Now, no idea. Seems the simple, basic shape of the mini would spur lots of people to create new peripherals designed to sit below it. A nice 7-port USB hub that was 6.5" square and with a matching corner radius would be slick and go nicely with the mini. |

solinari6, if you don't need the USB hub right now, I'd suggest waiting a bit. I think we'll start to see a lot of peripherals copying the design of the mini, just like happened with the iMac. Just remember, the rest of the industry always takes about 6 months to catch up with Apple's designs. |
